- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (USA)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)

3. Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $0 usd within the USA.

4. International Shipping

5. Order Tracking

- You can track your order on the shipping carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Delays
- While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving issues.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at ventas@giofora.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make the necessary corrections. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.
9. Shipping to PO Boxes
- We do ship to PO Boxes for certain locations. However, please note that some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, especially for international orders. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.
10. Return and Refund Policy
